Christie’s is a more than 250 years old company in which suffer from pre digital structes. We located unproductive and time consuming processes and identified the main challenges. During 2 years of close collaboration with product owners and stakeholders we rebranded their discovery page (Christies.com)and build several internal products. The whole process is included in their ticket system and provides phases of research, prototyping, testing and development.
Part of the branding process was, to come out with hollistic guidelines that will set the look and feel of the product. These guided all development of new experiences and allowed to work simultaneous with the internal design team.
UX / UI
We helped Christie’s increase their productivity by rebranding internal processes. This was accomplished by a range of internal apps, that provide a better communication, training and analytics.
To facilitate the development process and garantee a consistent look and feel we created a pattern library. From the beginning it was important that the guidelines should expand the user-experience to the iOS13 features. This includes among others haptics, motion-, sound design and a extensive pattern library in dark and light mode.
